About Kim Rondina PT, DPT

Kim was raised in Arizona where she attended Horizon High School, was a Division-I collegiate athlete, who later returned to Arizona to serve the community that she considers herself native to.  She has extensive outpatient experience and has functioned in multiple capacities including Senior Physical Therapist, Director of Clinical Development, and Director of Practice Performance.

Kim created and implemented mentorship and professional development programs for hundreds of therapists related to manual skills, clinical excellence and decision making, and providing an exceptional customer experience.  As part of an executive team, responsibilities included strategic planning, leadership/director development, practice analytics and therapist engagement and retention.  Kim has presented to numerous organizations at the state level on topics related to manual therapy, as well as driving patient outcomes.  Kim has also published ‘Outcomes Programs: Future Opportunities within our Profession.’ (Viewpoint) PPS Impact. 2011; September: 58-60.  Involvement in such a breadth of projects provided a level of influence and leadership that fuels her passion for connecting with every person that she encounters as a client, or as a colleague.

In her free time you will find Kim traveling, hiking, finding beautiful places to enjoy nature, paddle boarding, reading, strengthening her mindfulness practice, mentoring, and can be considered a perpetual learner in all aspects of life.

About Her Philosophy

In 15+ years of clinical practice, Kim has developed a unique skill set as a by-product of seeking solutions for a diverse population of clients.  Her approach developed from endless curiosity and is focused on providing results for patients.  The complexities that underlie dysfunction dictate that a single treatment paradigm cannot address all aspects of human health and optimal function.  Her devotion for helping others and finding solutions that provide a greater quality of life and overall well-being is what drives her to continue her pursuit of clinical excellence and expertise.

Life is about movement, and physical therapist are experts in the arena of human movement.  Developing an understanding the integration of the various systems of your body, their relationships and function, and how to facilitate their dynamics is what sets Kim apart as a partner in your health transformation.

Kim is currently credentialed through the Barral Institute as a Teaching Assistant for Visceral Manipulation and plans to continue pursuit of further teaching credentials.
